"The only dry weekend in monsoon June" we were all so thankful for that. Thanks to Kev and the PMBA team for another awesome event.

Six cracking stages starting in and ending in Lee Quarry with a trip into Whitworth and then Havok for 3 stages is pretty much the usual setup. Its our favourite round and on our doorstep so nice and easy to get too. Practise on Saturday, race Sunday, a 20mile loop its longer than most of the PMBA series enduro's. It's great to see a health scene with lots of male & female racers from very young to pretty blooming old haha.

I (Sam Gibbons) managed to get 2nd in Vets with a couple of stage wins in Havok but a crash in the 3rd stage in Havok stopped me challenging Chris Dixon for the overall. Very happy with 2nd beating some very quick dudes in the process.

Lee Langley - First time racing the Evil Wreckoning Lee was on fire but a hefty meeting with a tree on the first stage in Havok put pay to a good result. Consistent top 4 stage times in Vets on all but one other stages.

James Daley - Starting with purpose of late and seeing the benefits! 23rd in Vets and beating other mates is always fun.

Ben Clayton - Solid 7th in Masters after some drama's and a crash.

Huey Walker - Smashed it on not much more than a pub bike on his debut Enduro appearance. He managed 10th in U21 against stiff competition on full bounce rigs on a bike he was questioning would make the loop! That was also a fine 2nd in Hardtail class.

Joe Whitby - Super fast when in contact with his bike but a couple of nasty lengthy crashes haulted the progress. 11th in U18 and a couple of top 6 stage times in Havok.
